- Excellent knowledge in HR Strategy, Organization Design and Development
- Excellent knowledge of Job Analysis & Evaluation
- Sound knowledge in Competency Development
- Proven experience in building and maintaining Career and Succession Planning
- Strong track record of Performance Management, KPI setting at senior management level
- Excellent Knowledge in Learning & Development Programmes and Assessment Techniques
- Solid relationship management skills with a team orientation and track record of working across a variety of organizations
- Proven people management skills with hands on approach
- Strong stakeholders management skills
- Knowledge of HRIS Applications
- Proven people management skills with hands on approach
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills to meet deadlines
- Influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiating skills
- Minimum Bachelor Degree / HR Certification
- Not less than 10 years overall experience in Organizational Development and Talent Development
